  1. Please review the problems with recognizing the sdxc-card also. The interface does often not recognize the card and/or removes it digitally from the device, so that it can not be read anymore. It continuously says that the card was removed manually, placed wrongly or not placed at all, and a few seconds later it is recognized again. Samsung is awary of this problem and promised to solve it in the update from last 2021-wk16 but, unfortunately, they didn’t. This leads amongst others to not be able to save taken photos on the sdcard. Thank you.

  7. My wife’s A52 is always saying “messages full” when anyone calls her. Her phone won’t ring and goes straight to the message. People have to call my phone to tell me they want to talk to her. We’ve tried everything to fix the phone but taking it in to a Samsung Service Center. Is there a fix that we can do?

    I have an issue with an A52 5G phone, where the mobile data cuts out at regular intervals. So say I have data for about a minute and after that the connection still shows 4g, but there is no internet access. At this point I reset with airplane mode, and I got net for another minute after which it cuts out again.

    At this point I tried all the above tips, plus I also tried wiping the cache in recovery mode.
    Any more tips you may have that I could try before I take it back to the store for repairs?

  18. My A52 is having network issues. When I call any number it hangs up immediately. That’s with any number I try to call. But the internet works fine. I’ve reset the phone, turned airplane mode on and off. Reset the network app. Then I can take the Sim card out n put back in ,it works but internet won’t work. I’ve also had the Sim card replaced. Any advice??

  25. My old galaxy a 52 5g had a broken jack and 9 couldn’t plug things in and listen to music. I used the warranty I paid for and they sent me a new one. The new one loses service connection and also the touch screen doesn’t work sometimes and I can’t open my phone. Also the screen has vertical lines burnt into it and the screen colors are more dull and Grey. This phone is a bigger piece of shit than I originally thought

  26. My Galaxy A52 5G keeps refusing to reconnect to the network if/when I lose signal. It won’t automatically connect, nor even manually if I search out the Network and select it. It just gives me an error message saying “SIM not allowed for voice.” The only time it connnects is after a reboot when I restart it. I went to Tmobile and they reset the network, that did not help. I contacted tech support and they had me put my phone on airplane mode 3x and reboot it. That did not help. I replaced my SIM card with a new one, that did not help. It is set to auto connect to 5G/LTE/3G/2G. I love my phone, but I am at my witts end constantly having to reboot my phone just to reconnect. I need my phone for work and don’t have time to always be checking if it is still connected. Please help, please. 🙏 🥺

    a single text, then says its been converted to multimedia text(3) it is impossible to change these messages on my home screen or text screen, where ever it pops up . Talked to a tech from Samsung, he tried everything & finally suggested I go to Best Buy store to reset. Can you solve these issues before doing that? TY

When I ask the handsfree to call a contact by saying the name, it recognises the name but says there is no number stored for this contact. Its driving me mad, I’ve tried sync and unsync, resetting, but no joy..can anyone help…plesse!?
