  2. audio video syncing issue in online and offline videos whether it is any application just after receiving calls, the software is updated by my side even i got this issue resolved by visiting service centre they updated the software through local mode as well and at that time the issue was resolved but just after 2 days the problem arises again.
    kindly guide what i can do this phone is under warranty
