  2. This phone is a POS. I cannot call forward from my phone. I have to call AT&T, and they do it in the background. It has no text transcription for voice mail, so if I get a message, I can see that it’s there, but I have to call my vm box to actually get the message. What a piece of crap. I am 45 days out from my purchase, so it’s too late for me to return it.

  3. My power button is gone and i can’t hear crap even in speaker phone the shuttle is so low. This phone isn’t even 5 months old. Samsung wants to say it’s my fault. How it’s brand new I’ve not dropped it or anything. 150 to fix just the power button. I’m still paying in the damn thing

  4. I have an issue since the latest software update that was installed on 9/28/21. My data no longer works without being connected to WiFi. I spent 2 hours on the phone with my service provider and they now reccomend resetting the phone. I tried your suggestion from your article but it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions? Phone is a Galaxy 20 Fe and I’ve only had it for a month and it worked fine before the update.

  6. I have the Samsung S20 FE and it has had these problems from day 1. Verizon and I have done all the troubleshooting listed above and none of them worked. These are all defects in the phone itself. This phone needs to be recalled before one of them catches fire. I suggest that anyone that has this phone and is having over heating issues, contact the consumer product safety commission.

  9. Samsung S20E 5G. Cellular data quit working after the Nov 2021 software download. Airplane mode slightly highlighted removed Sim and replaced. No luck. Turned on airplane mode. No luck reset network. No luck.
    Did a factory reset using the boot menu. No luck. When I remove the Sim the airplane goes to gray like it is supposed to do. Any help is appreciated

  11. I purchased a Samsung 20FE about a year ago. In March 2021 I started having issues being able to send message or using mobile data. Evetually the phone stopped working unless I was on WiFi. I received a new SIM card and still had issues. I eventually got a replacement phone (same modle) and notice I’m starting to have the same issues. Thoughts?

  12. Hello – great g’mother here…not experienced or knowledgeable on this. Received the S20 FE a few days ago as a gift. It gobbled incredible amount of data in 2 days, almost 1GB with very little online time. I went thru every app and turned off ‘Allow backround data usage’ that permitted for it and turned it off ‘. It seems to still be using too much – I’m nervous to turn data on. I keep getting the notification that says “Android System – High mobile data usage. Your apps have used more data than usual” Related apps included System UI/Bixby Routines/Samsung DeX System UI. The data is off most of the time so I don’t understand that. Help please.

  13. Hello, i have Samsung galaxy s20 FE. In January 2022 i reseived an updete and i didi it. Since update the phone have an error, The screen blinks everi secound and somtime there is message that tells “One UI keeps stopping”. I have reseted to its factory setting (even several times), also rebooted several times, i”ve cleand the chache also but the problem remains.
    I have sent the feedback to Samsung but seems like noone is there! Do they actually care about their costumers?! In the end thi their mistake in update and now i have to spend time and money to fix it! If nayone have the clue how to fix it please share with me

I bought the S20 FE reconditioned from Amazon, after 6 weeks, when I would be recording voice messages on WhatsApp pr messenger, it would send whilst I was still recoding, I would still have finger of microphone symbol, but the message would send, this could be after 2 seconds, 10 seconds, 15, varies, but could not send a message longer than 30 seconds. Sent phone back, bought new S20 FE, after 4 weeks, same thing is happening? HELP.
