    On the 5th March it starting beeping for no reason at 19:00 hrs.
    I had to turn it on/off to stop it.
    It shows nothing to indicate why it’s going off.
    I tried all recommendations to rectify it, but it kept going off everyday at the same time.
    On the 13th March I put it back to factory settings.

    It stopped happening, until today the 5th April at 19:00, when it starting beeping again.

  2. i bought samsung a 12 on 2 april 2021 and i am facing worst camera quality during video call from jio but when i call from whatsapp it work not that much in same light and same position i called samsung helpline care they suggest me to go to samsung care i went but am facing the same issue still after reching the care they didnt solve my any problems that i facing in my new phone they only blaming the company now what to do???

  3. Hi, I Bought my Samsung A12 2weeks ago and everything has been working fine. Then midday all of a sudden the Sim card Logos go off. And It is replaced by a cancel sign indicating no sim cards fave been inserted. And at the top left it shows emergency calls only. There are 2 sims in the phone but it has been showing this. I have tried restarting, removing and cleaning the sims and also toggling airplane mode.

  30. The sounds from themes do not work on my a12. I’ve tried numerous different themes with different sounds, example, ringtones, notification sounds, any sounds that came with the theme do not work when I apply the theme. Please help

  31. I have been using my A12 for less than 24 hours. It boots me out of apps and sometimes doesn’t let me use my keyboard at all. It often will show my home screen wallpaper and flash between that and a black screen without showing me apps. Nothing is working to fix it and I’m far away from the store I bought it from a few days ago. What should I do?

    • Did you reset your phone? If not, reset your phone once, it will fix many app related problems.

      Keep in mind, before resetting, make sure to backup the important data of your phone.

  32. I just got Samsung A12 recently , everything works fine but there is a problem, when i have my phone in my hand i can click and scroll easily but when i put it on the ground i can’t click or scroll the top part of the screen

  33. Hi there, my problem with my A12 is that it either doesn’t ring when someone calls, or the other person can’t hear me or my voice is breaking up. I have checked volume and it isn’t that. If I move to the front steps of my apt there is sometimes an improvement. It is so frustrating! It comes and goes…. are there “dead spots”? My older J1 worked fine with calls… in the same location. I hope you can help.

  34. Hello! I recently got my A12 and I can’t find a setting that makes the phone flash a little light indication when I get an sms or other message, or there is no such on this phone?

  35. Bought A12 recently. Length of time it rings is not long enough. Sometimes it it about 4 seconds, others 15 seconds and others 12 seconds. Tried **61*121*11*30# to change to 30 seconds but still the same Samsung said to try **61*321*11*30 but again still the same. Any ideas how to change permanently.

  36. The app that keeps closing is the settings app. I am unable to clear the cache as the app closes before I can get that far. I can’t work out how to solve this.

    I bought my phone Samsung A12 two months ago,it’s cut off on the middle of my conversation.
    I have send it back and I got a new one but the problem is still there.
