  3. My Nord has had a ton of problems since day one. It is incredibly laggy doing anything from typing to running apps and games. I tried to fix the connectivity through this guide but it did not work. It’s supposed to be a 5G speed network and 99 percent of the time it’s switching back and forth between 0-1 bar 5g to 3-4 bar 4g or loses connection altogether. It’s at the 0 bars right now but is still loading stuff. I can’t use apps because. Consistently getting disconnected and I have reset my settings multiple times and removed the sim and put it back in. Its incredibly aggravating and by far the worst phone I’ve ever had to deal with. It has all 10 problems you listed and I would have been better off buying an iPhone 4 than this. If you have any ideas, I will try them. And yep, now it’s at 4g 0 bars meaning it won’t load anything. In 10 seconds il be back up to 5g I’m sure.

Seems to be faulty devices, I couldn’t even send mine back. I used to love OnePlus but after this shitty device and lack of support… Never again.

  6. I’m having an issue of my messages being deleted. My will text me. Her text will be in the notification. The lobby screen with the list of messages going on with contacts. When I click on her and I convo. Her message won’t be there.

    • Yea, and I can see the message in the preview screen, but not there when I select the conversation. So Weird. After the last update I had two “Messages” app icons, so I deleted one. I wonder if that was my mistake.

  7. I’m having the same problem. I also had two message icons, checked both and they were the same, so I deleted one. Now certain text messages will show on the notification but not there when I open the conversation. When I touch and hold on a reply, some say ‘chat’ and some say ‘message’. The settings menu is different than it was when I got the phone just over a month ago. Took it back and they said it was a system update. I didn’t think updates made things worse…

  8. Anyone else having an issue with the USB tethering. Mine is currently grayed out so I can’t transfer pictures to my laptop. It’s been about a month since I last did a transfer so I’m not sure at what point the issue occurred. I’ve looked up & tried so many suggestion found online (phone and laptop both) but nothing I’ve done fixed it. Multiple sites/videos show how to go into recovery mode & say/show to click clear cache & data but my phone only says clear data, nothing about cache like the videos show. I cleared all my app cache individually but that didn’t fix my problem. I’m at wits end on what to do now.
