  1. When i take calls from ear phones the recipient is hearing some distortion noise when I was in a quiet room. I tried changing sim cards no luck. When I inserted the sim in some other phone with with ear phones on there is absolutely no issues. Pls help

    My data is not working. When I place the SIM in my old phone, there is no issue, yet in my Moto G60, I fail to connect to the 4G network (or any other).

      I have the same issue: mobile data is not working. It occurred when I turned off “mobile data”. I switched it back on and since then, mobile data is not longer working. I tried all the steps above.
      This is the second time I encountered this problem with a motorola device. It first happened with a moto G31 with a few hours after my purchase. I exchange it for this G60 and it happens again.

  7. Suddenly Cellular network goes off and it’s says no SIM is available. Sometimes after restarting the we will get network most of the time need to restart multiple times. This problem seen in both SIM slots.
