  5. I’ve had my Galaxy A32 a month now. I’ve had multiple issues. From dropped calls, no calls coming in at all, error messages about connecting to wifi and wifi calling or even network which I was connected to all 3, slow running apps such as Facebook, and worse of them all watching a movie on Netflix. I get the message can’t play video please connect network. My connect isn’t the problem. I’ve had multiple calls with t-mobile. I even called Netflix about the issue and tried soft resets, resets and technical support. My old Samsung Galaxy works perfectly and it’s 9 years old. This is the worse phone I’ve ever had

    • Same here. Mine shuts off whenever a software update occurs. I get a fuzzy screen before it goes black. I had the Samsung galaxy a21 before this one and the only reason I bought a new one was because I cracked my screen to the point my phone thought I was pressing other stuff on the screen. Forced to buy a new phone. Figured let me splurge for once and I got one. Wow. Wish I read reviews beforehand. This thing had it issues from day one. Ugh.   12. My A32 is definitely challenged when it comes to Wifi connections. If I am within 15′ of my router, it is 100% and works perfectly; however, if I am 25′ it won’t even see the network as being available. I removed the case from the phone and it made no difference. I did a nework setting reset and it made no differerence. I would like to try to set the band to automatic selection or to not use the 5g setting and it is not where web sites have described and I have been unable to find the band setting option selection.

    • This phone is the worse. It keeps dropping off the Tmobile AND Verizon networks. Techs at the store(s) get it working there, but once I get home it will drop off again after a few hours and I can’t get back on. This happened with 2 phones of this model, so no, it’s not me or the particular carrier.

      My older Samsung 9+ has no problems.

I got the Samsung A 32 about two weeks ago, nothing but problems, poor connection, dropping call, the screen is stuck when trying to accept a call, at first I taught the case was too thick, the wire less charger not working.. I went back to the store three times and called multiple times all I got was rude incompetent sales rep. Cricket who is my carrier was no help!

    3. Didn’t see this problem mentioned above–if I am listening to music etc. on speaker, and it’s interrupted by a phone call, once the phone call hangs up the speaker stops working properly. Sound fades in and out. The only way to fix it is to restart the phone–huge pain in the neck especially when I’m driving

  27. In October 2021 I bought my self and my wife Samsung A32 phones. The only problem I have with both are I do not get the audible sound only about 30% of the time that i get a text. I can get several audibles in a row then they stop. I can go all day with audible then nothing. I have talked to Samsung twice. I have talked to T-mobile and have had them work on it. I have taken it to Bestbuy they are a Samsung authorized tech center. No one knows how to correct it. It does it no matter your location. I have it set to where I get an audible when I send a text message. Just like receving text messages it works some times . Any help would be appreciated. Thank You Tom

  28. I have a Samsung Galaxy A32 G4. I have to carry my phone in my pants pocket during the day. When I get a call, sometime I can hear my phone ring and then silence but at other times I don’t even hear my phone ring. Only when I open my phone I can see that I had missed calls. Even when my phone is on a counter and it rings as soon as I touches the screen the sound goes dead. Is there something I can do to ensure that my phone keeps on ringing while it’s in my pocket.

Weird names and so forth, I was told I should clear my history and cache. Still doesn’t work. I have tried multiple anti-virus products but nothing is stopping these websites from opening.   32. I have a Samsung A32 now for almost a year. In July 2021 my husband bought me a Garmin Venu SQ. I’ve downloaded the Garmin Connect app, and paired the phone and watch without any problems. A few times when my phone was not in range it asked to pair again. It became more frequent. Today, in a matter of a few hours I had to pair the phone and watch about 4 times. Went to Garmin shop.   34. I just bought the A32, and after one system update, my screen will turn into a blocky glitch within 5 minutes, or it forcefully restarts my phone. Saw this review and this is exactly what happened day one of having this phone. I opened the box and put phone on charger to fully charge. My battery was 100% charged and then a software update was done because it apparently needed one. All on day one. Smh. Got it fixed because couldn’t get it to turn on even though battery was at 100%. Some how did I guess a hard start up. Ok cool worked great after that. About a month or so later same damn thing occurred. Finally actually sent money on a decent phone and I’m afraid to do software updates. Idk what to do. No one is of help customer service that is. I agree with everyone on here that they should have a recall on these phones. Everyone is either having similar issues with the screen or multiple different issues. For a new phone shouldn’t be happening. Whomever is in charge needs to fix these issues.

  35. People be getting replacement ones and still having the same issue. How many bad reviews or reviews I need to write or anyone for that matter need to write til they fix this. As I said earlier I have a 4yr old that is in daycare and I need a phone that will stay on in case of emergency.

  36. Thank you for your comment. I bought my Samsung A32 August 2021. Just today I realised that I cannot split screen anymore. Neither can I use the floating window function. I cannot find it in my phone. I never did the settings, I just stumbling upon it one day and I have been enjoying the feature where I can play videos while chatting at the same time. I read somewhere someone complained that after an upgrade he cannot enjoy same feature. Please help. Thank you

  37. I’ve had this a32 5g for about a month now. I’ve had every problem listed above. my a32 however drops the wifi so consistently that it’s more reliable than the the damn clock. it actually keeps a log of it in the “secure wifi” app. every minute on the minute. why can’t they make the wifi connection to the same quality as the “wifi dropping counter “?

  38. On my samsung galaxy a32 homescreen, my most recent 4 called or texted contacts appear on the screen. There used to be a blue button on top with the 4 contacts in a line just below. I could hit that blue button and the contact shortcuts would go away. Now, all on its own, the blue button is gone and the contacts are stacked 2 over 2 and I can’t get rid of them. I don’t want those on my screen. If I wish to contact them I will open contacts. Also, being stacked 2 over 2 means I can’t load any additional app shortcuts on that screen.. i cannot unstack them or get rid of them. Please help. Thanks

  39. I’ve had my A32 about 6 weeks. The screen flickers at different times. T -Mobile sent another A 32 to me. Now I’ve got to transfer everything again. To get wifi I’ve got to go to another about 15 miles away. I live in a small

  40. I had A32 last Nov 2021. But I got a problem just few days ago. The audio was so bad. When I use other apps like What’s App or Messenger, voice or video call, other line says I’m so much cutting, or sound so robotic, or sounds like different person. Then I tired normal call using my phone, it works okay. I don’t know if it’s my phone or my network (but my friend has same network as mine and we stay in same place but she got mo issue lke mine)

  43. Under messaging individuals will send something and it shows as “No subject Message Size 30KB Expires (date and time shown).

  44. Update my Samsung Galaxy A32 phone a lot of my apps not working you keep buffering data don’t seems to work I don’t know if the phone is locked I reset it and it’s just not working right can’t pull up all the apps that I had and I put the same Gmail in there

    I recently got this phone from my work. Sadly tonight it received a software update that left the touch screen completely unresponsive, and I am freaking out. I’ve tried restarting it several times but no change. Since I can’t do a master reset myself I’d appreciate any ideas that could fix the issue. Thanks.
